We will NOT be held responsible for the “Gum” or any “Chu-Bop” album or other related items we sell as being intact or not. It may be fully intact at the time of shipping, but due to the “handling by others” the gum may or may not be in its original condition when sent.

GENERAL ITEM GRADING & CONDITION
MINT: The “Chu-Bop” or item(s) shown has no signs of “Gum Bleed Through” to the album. The plastic wrapper is fully intact with the gum inside. Once shipped we cannot guarantee the gum to be intact, but will make every effort to package the item(s) to its full extent. The “Boxed Set(s)” have minimal or no bends or creases. All parts intact, as are the gums and shows only minor "handling" and very minimal ware.
VERY GOOD: Some visible surface marks. Plastic shrink wrap is intact and sealed. The gum may be intact or broken. The “Boxed Set(s)” may have minor indents, creases but is generally in near mint condition with only minor handling shown.

The album may have “Gum Bleed Through”, fading, bends, folds or other anomalies visible to the eyes of the beholder. The “Boxed Set(s)” may have large “taped or glued areas” to hold the box intact.
